1st Time Home Buyer Workshop
virtual Home buyer Education Workshop via ZOOM that are especially designed for potential home buyers who are serious about taking control of the home buying process and want to be prepared to make the right decisions. These workshop take the mystery out of the home buying process. Also, a Certificate of Completion is available upon attendance of the class. This certificate fulfills the education requirements for certain loans and down payment assistance programs. Our Virtual Home buyer Education classes are held on Saturdays at least once per month.

Notes: The certificate from the workshop provides access to city, county and statewide down payment assistance programs based on eligibility. Certificates are good for 1 year and the cost is $60 single and $80 legally married.
